Dean, what I need you to do is find out if the codes are the same for 300's and 400's. If they are then read on, as I got this info from a diagnostic sheet for the SC300. The DTC numbers go like this: 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 22 (which is the airbag code I'm dealing with now), 31, then it jumps to 53, then 54. There doesn't appear to be a code 41. I can't find that anywhere. Maybe it's blinking like this: blip-blip...(pause)...blip-blip..if that's the sequence then it's code 22, not 41. Check again to make sure, as I said there's no code 41 on this diagnostic sheet. I know it's frustrating, trust me I know...I just need you to be sure

Code 41? So it goes: "bleep bleep bleep bleep...bleep" then long pause, and repeat?

Code 41 is when the wheels go square shaped, check into your local garage.

Code 41 is the throttle position sensor signal. An open or short in the sensor circuit.

Code 22 is a water temperature sensor signal. Could be the sensor, short in the sensor circuit, or an ECU problem. More than likely the former.

Out of luck, man, I have an sc3 stick, and the manuals are pretty specific. The codes may be different between the two vehicles.

Camshaft, what else do you know about the code 22? I'm going to meet up with Siniquezu soon to try to defeat this thing and I need all the info I can gather...
