I plan to buy an extra set of headlight and doing it on them.

Slowly but surely one by one.......

I've open many headlights to make a remark as well. The mounting for the lightbulb itself (9006) gets corroded as well. Sometimes the plastic tabs that mount the stock projectors get broken. In addition, since the lens is made of glass and it chips on the sides, specs of glass, if not chunks of it, will scatter all over the headlight. ****** THIS MAKES IT ESPECIALLY DANGEROUS****** when you take the headlights apart. The glass chunks will stick to the glue for the headlight housing if you are not careful! I have the scratches to prove it.
