Default sc300 ecu location

I am in the process of installing the safc 2 on my sc300. Where exactly is the ecu and what is the best way to connect the wires together. Anyone have any advice on making this process simplier?

Thanks

the taps can come loose with the vibration, etc. You dont to be troubleshooting on the side of a highway when a wire comes loose. Best bet solder!!!!

So are you saying not to use any of the male/female sleeves or plugs that came with the safc?

How many times can you say SOLDER EVERYTHING? Connections fail, come loose, corrode, warp and deform, ESPECIALLY in california's heat, and the other end of the temp spectrum just as much.

a plug is a plug is a plug. eleminate all of them in the entire car if you can... all of them. they will all fail over time.
