I am in the process of installing the safc 2 on my sc300. Where exactly is the ecu and what is the best way to connect the wires together. Anyone have any advice on making this process simplier?
any of you know where i can buy some kind of plastic piece that you can shape so that you can put the safc in the glove box? Any ideas on where to put it exactly?

How many times can you say SOLDER EVERYTHING? Connections fail, come loose, corrode, warp and deform, ESPECIALLY in california's heat, and the other end of the temp spectrum just as much.
a plug is a plug is a plug. eleminate all of them in the entire car if you can... all of them. they will all fail over time.
soldering is best... my vampire clips failed once....... i want to solder... but damn this smoker's non-steady hands... oh well.. hope it will last another 2 years. he he he
