I know the 97+ has the slit right below the hood, but other than that, could someone do me a HUGE favor and post a few pics comparing the two (I'm shopping and am curious HOW much better the 97+ looks). Is there a difference in the backend? Sides? Exhaust?
Also, say I found a great deal on a mint pre-97...how much would a 97+ conversion run me? Please say not as much as a regular bodykit (trying to keep the rice away so I can keep asleep
). Also, I'm not really interested in the spoiler (don't shoot), I just think the SC looks cleaner without it (unless I find a really sweet clean-lined aftermarket one), so don't include that in the cost of a 97+ conversion.
In case anyone was wondering, if the SC I buy has a spoiler, I'll be selling it on ebay, or maybe on here if anyone is interested.
Unashamed,
Tripp

The main difference is that the pre-97 ground effects are bevelled inwards at the bottom, whereas the 97+ ground effects get rid of the bevelled perch and run the base of the bumpers and skirts lower to the ground. Also note the rounded foglights. The list price for the conversion is on the faq...
