So after I installed a STB following Supracoup3's HOW-TO thread I took my car for a test drive.....
then the gas and brakes felt so weird....when I go above 40 mph...the gas pedal gets stuck! and the damn brakes don't work. At first it freaked the hell out of me. Lucky there wsn't anyone going ahead of me or else I would be in an accident already. I had to use brake ( hard as hell) + hand brake until it drops 40mph for the brake pedal to soften.

What the hell is going on? Please help.

Make sure you aren't pincing any lines or cables.

eureka! it seems that the throttle is too close to the bar and if the engine is revved high enough it gets stuck on the bar, that's why the gas pedal gets stuck . It was pretty scary driving with the gas stuck to the floor tho , just like the in movies. I was going 70mph on a 25 limit street, lucky no cops . Thank god I found the problem or else you guys would see me on the 6 oclock news.

Good thing you found the problem!! My bro just did my brakes last night and I was really scared taking it for a test drive. But w/ new rotora and pads, my car brakes better than before and best of all, it doesn't squeek like it use to!!
