Default Cell Phone Holder....

Every type of Cell phone holder I've tried won't fit on the SC, usually due to the narrowness of the vent area where the typical Cell Phone Holder atatches. Anyone have any luck in this area???? Nitro

(I know it sounds trivial, but if you do a LOT of traveling or commuting it's real handy to have a drop slot...)

Default such as....????

Would you mind giving a better description of what you're suggesting? I've always used the vent clip in types on my other cars, although the new G35 has a placement area designed in from the factory. Thanks for the reply but I'm just not visualizing what you suggested. Nitro

The vent mounts are the cheap way and really look bad once installed. If you order a professional mount, it will look clean. There are two for an SC. One that mounts where the silly cup holder slot is next to the radio. This slot works really well and is angled toward the driver. Install is easy and can be done without removing the dash.

The second mount drills into the the gap between the shifter and center housing. This one is better for a GPS, palm, or Ipod. It mounts horizontal with a slight tilt toward the driver.

There are photos of my dash in some of the leather seat threads.

Excellent! Now I have a much-much better idea. I really appreciate the answer and the picture info; will take a look right away. Nitro
