Default Electical Radiator fans

Hey I was thinking of removing the mechanical fan and putting in a couple puller fans.

Has anyone done this. I did do a search and found very little. Some website claimed like 20HP doing this. I find this very hard to believe though, my guess would be more like 5hp ......maybe 10HP under load. I'm just looking for free mods till i can afford theh GTE and accesories.

Any dynos? Even of a stock SC would be cool to look at.
