spring labor cost $120 or so for Lexus cars around here...

IMO, i would drop the sucker. Dubs with no drop looks like a tank. 1" was not enough for me though...

so i got my rims on, they fit PERFECT -- they dont look much like the rims on ur bros car (i mean gap wise), they almost rub in the front for some odd reason.. And im running 245/35/20 all around, maybe that has something to do with it? or maybe theres alot of wear on my springs ? idunno, but they look great and ill post pic soon as i find a digi cam

When did you get them on? When I first got my 19's, I had rubbing. After a while the suspension adjusted and I don't have rubbing anymore.

I run the 245/35/zr20's on my car and before I dropped it, they rubbed when I turned hard. I installed the tokico blues and 1" Eibach lowering springs, no rubbing!! I love the look of the SC with 20's and a little drop, it looks mean. As soon as I get some time, I am going to get some pics of my car posted.

Reggie, you were rubbing on 19's? What was the cause of that? Was the car slammed? 19's shouldn't rub under any circumstances unless the car is severely dropped or the wheels are too wide. The height itself shouldn't cause any problems that I'm aware of.

my car used to be tucked in the front with my 19's, and i had NO rubbing what-so-ever. probably had some funky offsets on those rims, or like mike said, too wide.

ok so i seem to have a LITTLE problem with rubbing. So when I turn the wheel left (i mean even slightly left just drivin.) at normal speeds (like 30+), it makes this high pitched noise, its not very loud but i believe that it must be rubbing slightly (doesent do it when i turn right because theres noone sittin over there...)

anyone have any suggestions on how to make this stop, or do u think its really not that big of a deal?

try this...

when your car is at a stand still, turn all the way right, then look on the driver's side to see what's rubbing. then do the opposite for the other side. It should give you an idea about where the contact points are. I know that with my 20's, i'm only rubbing on a full right turn.

if you're rubbing when driving straight, have it checked out. i'm only rubbing on hard right turns. it could be a potentially dangerous problem if it rubs, and it's rubbing away your tire. Like i said before... do a diagnosis on your rubbing first when parked.
