Default For those who have bought covers from leatherseat.com

I have read through the threads about the installation of the leatherseat.com covers. No one has ever mentioned the installation of the leather covers for the door armrests.

I just wanted to know from those who have purchased the extra leather for the DOOR armrests:

Is it a DIY install, or did you guys take it to the shop?

thanks for any replies.

PS. I started a different thread from the groupbuy since I thought people who have recovered their seats probably would not frequent the thread.

thanks again

Post door arm rest

removing the door armrest from the door is no problem.

I'm curious about the process of removing the leather from the armrest and replacing it.

Any input would be helpful!

thanks

I had a shop install my new leather. When they found out they had to do the armrests too, they did it free of charge, so I imagine its not that big of a deal.

Just peel off the stock leather.

Use the spray glue that game with the kit to glue the new covers on.

Easy. =)
