If you are going to paint black, ask OLT to show you some pics, in fact search through his gallery. His black SC400 is the PERFECT and deep black that we all should have

yeah are you ref. to the rare rsp color from lexus? hope not too if the clear is coming off though i don't think it is the rsp because i live in vegas and the sun has yet to hurt the clear on mine.... but i hope it isn't the rsp paint cause thats NICE!

Do me a favor, post a picture of your car. Though I'm not a fan of the RSP or any odd color on a SC...It seems a little odd your just want to "Up and repaint it" black.
Perhaps the best thing for you to do, would be to sell it through this site or Autotrader. Then buy a black one, Hell if you give me enough, I'll sell mine
Hell, with the way people are all RSP crazy, you could get a few bucks more for it.
