Those are stock side skirts.

I'm curious to know which lip is installed? It almost looks like a 92-96 wise lip customized to fit on the 97 style bumper. Can the owner please confirm?

It looks as though the front and rear are lower than the sides by a lot. Looks uneven.

They are not the stock side skirts, they are JIC modeled sides, and the picture just has a bad angle, the shadow makes it look like the sides are uneven, but in actuality they are even. Check this picture out.
