I just got a GS400 about a month ago, it is a super nice ride, quiet, more comfortable than my SC3. And E-Shift rocks! No matter what your decision you can't go wrong 
Hehehe I've been actually looking at replacing my Soarer with a GS300 because of the ridiculous petrol prices
