Default Before and after pictures of my sc300. (56k no!)

A whileback my lexus was rear ended at 50 mph, my car was certainly to be a total loss. A lawyer later, and 1830 bucks later im about 95 percent done fixing this car. Here is what it looked like before...

BEFORE:

AFTER:

Best of all this car does NOT have a salvage title. No cutting involved no welding of a new rear piece involved. Just found a guy with EXCEPTIONAL body work skills he pulled it and hammered into shape. The car drives perfect, well the car always drove perfect there was never any cabin frame damage.

WORK LEFT TO DO:
What is missing that underbody rear passanger body panel. I cut a muffler out since it was bent to hell.. I need a new exhaust system and offcourse will be upgraded. I need put and hammer the cd bracket pieces back into shape and connect my cd player. And dirty pemex fuel is bad for lexi, I need to burn all my fuel get a tank cleaner and a Injector cleaner.

Other then that Im driving this car back and forth from tucson to phoenix weekly, and on weekend occasion.

Im doing all my track events and daily driving with my 1990 Nissan 240sx.

Color is the same, its just that my friend with the camera is a gifted camera geek, and likes playing with lighting.

He pulled out the rear panels and hammered into shape. But I had to order a bumper assembly from car parts myself and deliver it to the guy....

But hey, Id rather pay 1830 then, 16,000 or 17,000 all the "profesional" body shops wanted me to pay. And they would of done a hack job.

Yea, but in that first "after" pic, I thought he may have had it resprayed RSP. Is it just me, or does that pic look alot like RSP?

It might just be me but the front fender on the 1st after pic looks like its rolled. But when I look at the 2nd after pic its not there. Am I seeing things or can anyone else see this too.
But other than that the car looks great and that body shop deserves a lot of props.

Well for the guy in chandler I had the car fixed in nogales mexico. Trunk is a bit stripped as I need to put back the cover alls. The styrofoam that held the tire replacement tools had to be removed in order to straigthen out the spare wheel well. The passenger doors close and open fine and look fine, then again. It did so even before the fix. The inside sheetmetal in the trunk is rolled about an inch, compared to the other side which is fine. There were no shops in arizona that could help me in the situation I was in. So I remembered how body shops work in mexico, took it there and I have NO regrets. These people know what they are doing.

Only regret is I should of let them know that under no circumstance were they to refill gas themselves, I forgot this detail and now I have to get a tank cleaner and injector cleaner. And off course the previously mentioned diy work.

I still have to go get my missing piece, and fix the cd brackets. Trunk door opens and closes fine. ITs like the car was not in the accident.
