O.L.T... I'm with you.... Just something visually different about them being to full. They don't even look good on a 430 IMHO...

The wheels do have a full face, which makes them look bigger than they really are (18"), which would be a benefit to some.

That's why I think they would look good w/ the pie plates off and the other centercaps you can buy on.

That is a correct answer and Technics win a cookie!

I have those wheels on my car and they look great. (Not pimped chromed though)
I had my doubts at first cause they look quite bad at SC430, but hey anything look bad on 430 cause it damn ugly car.
Oryginaly I was thinking of getting new style centercaps and just having "flying discs" temporary. But realasing how good car look with them and how well is received by other people I`m going to keep them as is.

Offset on those is 45mm I think, they fill fenderwells very good. Hi speed handling is also outstanding. Plus it is Toyota quality oryginal wheel, if anybody cares...

The wheels that my pop is putting on his sc are the new 04/05 wheels, without the big center piece. He'll have them mounted this weekend. When he sends me pics, i'll post them.

Wheels are identical. Just center caps are different. As a matter of fact I can tell you that new 05 cars arrive from factory with both sets of centercaps, disc and spoke type. Owner decides which one he wants to have mounted...

This is a pic of the wheel. I figure it will at least look better than stock.

No rust problem here. You can pull suspension bolts looking like new after 12 years.

Sun is the problem though. It mean repainting car every five years or so plus interior gets beating too.

There is `lots of cars with mold damage (stinkers) due to unrepaired water leaks.

Reggiek, Thanks for posting the picture, Mine is an identical red 95 with 5 spoke GS400 rims. I'm sure glad I put on what I did because the 430 rims make it look like a pimp would be in the car..... Now if he had some of his ladies standing around it, my eyes wouldn't be distracted by ugly wheels. of course it's only MHO....

I thought these wheels look good on maybe a '04 LS 430. Taking a closer look at these. It looks too futuristic.
