There's one screw on top of the light in the engine bay...

There's 2 nuts inside the fender wheel once you pull the it back. Get a flash light and look inside the FW you will see the TWO goldish color nuts. the are on only about 2 inches apart verticle to each other in the light housing.. Use the 10 mm socket w/extension and it's as easy as 123.

Thanks again.

Nice, Ikon, Finally I found them, the two screws... it was under the fender
BUT, my tool was too big. it did go through the fender but I couldn't turn it, no space.
I'll look for better tool at home depot . .
btw, I sprayed Plexus on outside the headlight, and cleaned up. It's much better and clear.
I'm not sure if I need to do inside also. I kinda wanna avoid the pain.
Thanks, Ikon.

P.S have you done clean up High beam light?

Get an 4" inch extension... If you have no leaks/condensation. I would just polish the exterior and not take it apart...

I use the liquid/paste polish in the bottle every 2 weeks and the lens are brilliant!

hey bean, I got confused when i did that ,
When you turn the wheels sharp to the inside, you can reach the fender cover by the tire area.
there are some small screws so you have to take them off first.
Once you pull the cover, you'll see 2 x 10 mm which is connecting the headlight unit.
I'm having difficult time to unscrew them because it's really tight, my electric screw driver didn't work..(****ty one ) so I need to get extention and do by hand.
If I get digital camera, I'll take picture.

I pulled 2 layers( i guess Top and bottom), and I could access 2 screws that connects head light units.
good luck

I ONLY used Blue Corral "plexiglass polish/cleaner"... When using ANY sand paper on anything it depends on the quality of the paper, PRESSURE used on object, and actual finess of the sand paper... I reconmend only plexiglass cleaner. I hope the polish buff those scratches out . I'm sure it will.

Take your time and make sure to seal THE ENTIRE area of the housing to prevent moisture.

It was rainning last night and I see moisture inside lenz. awwww scratch on lenz and moisture inside..I want crystal clear headlight.
should I change just plastic cover for headlight? any idea how much it costs?
