Just saw the post and thought I might give a few hints. The first one is this...
Most people assume for a tight install they have to get all the hog-rings as tight as possible. This is not the case and most the time this is a huge problem. The best way to judge a cover and make sure everything is going on correctly is just to look and take your time. Hog-ring your insert sections down and then pull the cover around the edges of the foam where you are going to hog-ring on the underside. Pull it into the same position you think you will be hog-ringing it on the outside with your hand. You should be able to get it a good look at it from there and if there are just some minor wrinkles here or there then you are fine. If there are some major wrinkles then take a look at the way you hog-ringed the insert section. You should be able to figure out a way to get those wrinkles out.
This is not an exact science so you will need to hog-ring it as tight or as loose as you need to.
The second tip is this...
Since it is a brand new cover, it will take some time for the cover to conform to the seat. Kind of like a brand new pair of pants. They arent always incredibly comfortable at first, but after some time of wearing them they get to be really comfy. Just sitting in the seats and the new covers being on the foam in the sun will cause them to conform over time and fit much better. DA51 is a perfect example of this. After he completed the install there were still a few wrinkles here and there, but after a few weeks they conformed much better to the seat and now look dead-on. Most people probably wouldnt even assume they are not OEM.
As a final note here...
We have no problem helping customers with installations. If you are having a tough time installing it then give us a call or e-mail us. We will ask for a photo so we can see whats going on and from there we can usually tell where the problem area is and what should be done.

just a heads up. leather(and some top vinyl) really does well when installed warm. ive had a couple buddies use a really warm blowdryer or a very gentle heatgun(from a distance on lowest setting) be careful not to burn the leather. but it helps the fabric stretch right away.
or just use your but and a couple miles on the highway during the summertime.
