Angry No Love for the SC?

I just saw the newest issue of Sport Compact Car and the had the 100 greastest cars or something to that effect. Anyway The SC was not even mentioned I know the SC was better than alot of those cars, still no Love. The EVO 8 was number 1 its a great car but.... The SC is better. The MKIV Supra turbo was 6th or 7th darn editors they are idiots When will our car get some love!

SC owner for life

Just venting guys hope you understand!

Yeah, those lists are always retarded. MK4 Supra or the RX-7 should have been #1, and the SC should be somwhere in the top 50.

I don't think the SC qualifies as a compact car.

My issue with that list is how could they even come up with 100 cars and not include the SC. I mean we should be there just by default!! I would think they would have to be scrounging just to compile 100 cars!! Wait what am I saying? The list probably goes something like this.... #2 2003 Honda Civic si, #3 1999 Honda Civic dx, #4 2004 Honda Civic si, etc....

That is true... I believe the supra, which is even smaller than an SC was only considered a "large compact." Of course, if it was 100 greatest cars of all time, the SC400 and LS400 would definitely be in there...

Agree, but I dont think the Supra dose either so????????

What is the line for a Sport Compact? Anyone know? Is it wheel base, weight, leg room, cargo room?

SCC is a pretty riced out magazine. It's ok, and that article on Ryan Woon rocks my socks off, but for the most part, it's pretty lame.

It's a mag for the Honduh tuners, methinks. Just look at their featured rides -- they had a non-turbo eclipse with a bodykit in the sept issue.

I've subscribed to that rag for 6 years. I'm not renewing this time. Maybe not because of them, but because of me. I've evolved from the import racer scene that I was once into.

I've only hung on this long to "stay in the loop" with new products, news, and things like that. I mean I need SOMETHING to read when on the can and Popular Mechanics isn't the rag it used to be.

Blah. Thank god for CL's Car Chat section.
