TOP SCxxx Mileage?

I have a 95 SC400 with 216-K miles. The seals ,gaskets and hoses were changed at 200-K. After changing the belts and tension pulley, the car runs like a champ. I use Penske oil because it helps to slow viscosity breakdown in this Texas weather in the summer

Just hit 244k this week, ignore the dust lol
Original motor, trans, steering rack and not a single tear on the inside. Last summer, I drove from St. Louis to Boston, New York, Myrtle Beach, Indianapolis and back. The only issue I had was not having the DIY AUX cable!!
Besides all the power hype of the 2J and driveline, it really is a very reliable and dependable motor, even if it's been abused. Thank you Toyota for such great quality!

Just broke 200,000 & put 100miles a day @ least, on it as it's my daily driver & can get 29 miles to the gallon as long as I don't have to blow the doors off of some new Camaro or Challanger on my way to work. LOL! Old but good 96 SC400.

How in the hell do you manage 29 miles per gallon? The absolute best i have EVER gotten was 24 on a highway!

GF chip, Keep the tires inflated to correct pressure. drive like an old man (I'm 56) I don't get that all the time, but I try too. She'll suck gas when I stand on her tho.
