Does anyone know if they are still in business? I send in my cluster 2 weeks ago and still have not get it back yet. I also send in an email to follow up 2 days ago and have not hear back either.

Yeah, they still in business... you should get your cluster back in 3 or 4 weeks same happened my friend been wait his cluster get back..

btw i already got cluster only least 2 week in 3 year ago lol
