I've seen quite a few sets on yahoo japan... Maybe purchase them through one of those third party companys that bid on yahoo.jp for you?

ACleanSC4 mentioned he can get them for $200 a set (I believe). Maybe those that are SERIOUSLY interested should pm him (Tony) and ask what he can do.
