a hit that hard might have bent your frame, see how much insurance gives you and take it from there...if they decide to fix it and not claim it a total loss, slap a 97+ conversion and you'll be good as new...
I had an accident similar to that looonng time ago and that ran about $5k to fix...

That depends on how much you are willing to spend....
10 years ago, my Mom completely smashed the front end of her car. It was bad. Everything up to the front of the engine was damaged. We got the complete front end (lights, radiator, etc) off another car and just weilded it on (and connected everything else) to our car. We also did it ourselves, so that saved on the cost....
Sorry, but I can't give you a definite answer for your question. But, I hope that 'story' gives you some inspiration.
