Wink My Lexus has a new home!!!
Hey Everybody:

While I have been relentlessly pursuing bringing my Lexus as close to my idea of perfection as possible, I have also been looking for a new home for her. I think they match up pretty well...

I am excited, especially with the 3-car garage... I will finally have some room to work on her at home...that is...when the house is built. The pic is of the model.

How long till they start on your house? Any idea of when it will be done?

They have just started grading the land now. House should be complete within 8-10 months, if the weather is good.

So uh... how much does an incredibly gorgeous house like this one cost to build may I ask? Round it up to the nearest 10K, exact numbers are not needed.

Between $400k - $500k. Depends upon options, lot, and such. Mine is waterfront. You just can't see it from the pic of the lot. I also added alot of options, so that always takes it up...

im moving down to orlando in a week or so. i need some new friends down there... its a long way from maryland. the house looks great. i like the split garage.

One of the reasons why I do not live in Cali... I am from Hawaii, lived there much of my life, and this house would be practically unaffordable there...
