Lightbulb Deline SC headlight ? yay or nay?

what do you guys think if i deline my 93' SC400 Headlights and paint the housings black, my HID's are on the way. Do you guys think it will look good or not any pros and or cons.

definately yay. i had done this on my last supra headlights like the one you had pictured and it looked amazing. the beam pattern looked insane...i wonder how it would look on the SC...

delining your entire headlights will take a lot of work and if you're not familiar with sanding, it won't turn out that great either...

try delining the area in front of the projector, the lines are thin and easier to work with...if you like your results there, you can try to conquer the thicker lines in the rest of the headlight...

i know a couple of guys who've delined the area in front of the projector and it looks awesome! i am in the works of doing the same...

theres a guy on Supraforums thats goin do it for me he lives close, and i will let you guys know how it turns out.
i would do it myself but dont have the time

Default headlight lines

I think the sc front looks way better with the lines in the headlight covers. Gives it that jeweled look. Looks plainer without the lines. Never forget this is a luxury car. Even modded to be sporty you can't dial out the luxury. If you try you end up.....
I'm sure there are scratches that can never come out completely after taking out the lines. I can see them in this pic. Maybe buffing will help but won't be perfect.
Some things are better left not touching. Try this....buy new headlights. You won't regret it.
