Well, I just sent a question to the seller from my EBAY account. I asked about all the misleading info in his description and I also asked for pics of the engine. I'll let you all know what I get back.

I am at the stage where I just wanna give up!! I seem to spend hours out there inaling fumes and trying to get it all fixed up - yet everytime I go outside it doesn't look like I have gotten any further!!
My engine arrived today so the transplant will take place hopefully this weekend. Then, I guess we will go from there and see if this biiiatch will start running as she should.
Word for everyone - re-doing your interior is the biggest pain in the *** - don't give yourself the headache!! I would take a tan interior anyday!!!
Apart from that, things are going great!!
Peace man,
Jonny

Well, the seller responded back and said that both sets of rims were included. (I think we've all figured that out already). He said that the lines about steering wheel and perforated leather seats were errors and will be fixed. We'll see. I'm starting to lean towards the idea that there is no intentional misinformation here in the description. My concern still is in the structural integrity of the car after the salvage and "re-VIN".

The seller is a dealership, so probably doesn't know any better with regard to some of the "features" on this car. The stupid badging isn't his fault -- they just sell the car "as-is" without trying to "fix" it beyond making sure it's clean and in safe operational condition. I'm sure it's difficult to be an expert on everything a dealership might acquire, and they're bound to make mistakes.
