Man I would be careful driving with those HIDS in Florida. If you check one of my old threads on here, I was once told by one of my friends who worked for a distribution company in Orlando that HIDS laws were super strict here due to some people dieing from being blinded by HIDs.

Yep just aim them corectly (the most important step in the retro process) and you will be fine. Even standard halogens are dangerous when incorrectly aimed. So with HID's the danger is three fold.
