Black rims? New trend?

Sadly it is the new trend. SO you know what that means. 
I saw a black Impala today, the FWD, V-6 version, black, black wheels. Knowing it has the performance was a turtle turd, I laughed.
I saw a Lexus ES 300, black, black wheels. I think 20s. Too big and the ES is a cruiser. Black/black is menacing and the ES does not scare me. I know, i drive one.
Worst case was the Crown Victoria I saw with black wheels. Horrible. 20s or course. And the car was white. As Manaray would say 'PATHETIC GHETTO TRASH IDIOT"

yeah but there are also nice black cars with black wheels with a polished lip that look good

Konig has a new wheel out, the Trouble. Doesn't have a polished lip but would probably look cool on a black sc, seriously thinking about them for mine. Anyone know how Konig's quality is? Here they are on a 350...
