Trying to remove driver window exterior trim

As per the title, I'm trying to remove that chrome trim ring around the exterior of the driver's side window. Now, I've gotten to the part where both upper and lower interior panels are off, but when the window is lowered all the way down, one of the screws is still covered by the window glass. Anyone have info on how to get to this screw? Is there anyway to safely lower the window glass lower than where the power mechanism stops?
Someone with a service manual maybe? Thanks guys.

That realy blows. There is only one screw that is preventing the whole assembly from coming off. Do I need any special tools to take the glass off the base? Will I need anything special to put everything back? Is there a special procedure I should follow? It's an 11 year old car. I want to fuss with the window mechanism as little as possible... But I need to replace this part as the rubber is ripped up pretty bad.

No no, the rubber seal that fits against the glass was ripped. I was hoping to replace the whole assembly since I thought that would be the easiest way to go about it. Instead of taking the window off the rails, unbolting and unscrewing numerous attachments and possibly breaking a clip, I just decided to swap out the rubber seal. Took about an hour, but it's now done. Pics? Well, it just looks stock now.
Instead of a huge gash in the outside rubber trim.
