Default What scrapes on the SC coupes?

When going over bumps on this car what is it that scrapes? tranny?

Just wondering since it does and will happen, what I'm scraping when I go over bumps...

Anything to worry about to a serious manner?

On the Audi A4, you can damage the Oil pan bolt, and if it gets really damaged it's very hard to remove the bolt and change your oil for example..

anything similar on the SC?

Do you have stock suspension or is your car lowered? Do you have aftermarket wheels, if so what size? In stock form, SC's does not scrape at all..

Any possibility it is the exhaust pipe or catylitic convertor? Usually thats what I hear (never in my car cause I have factory suspension, but some other peoples car).

yeah...i can confirm that...right now my SC4 is stock, and at my school we have a speed bump almost every 20 feet...it's absolutely rediculous...but so far, not a single scrape from underneath! I'm actually quite impressed....

anyone in CA will know the entrances to shopping centers suck, and my complex in west hollywood has a underground parking and I scrape coming in and out, try to go very slow, since I'm approaching a busy sidewalk too, but it still scrapes coming out and going in.
