Hello,
You will have to take off a lot of trim parts in order to take off the dash and get to the center vent. The best instructions I know of, are the Lexus shop manuals. Try asking the guys at Lexus for a copy of the procedure.

"Garnet92" has just got a shop manual in, plus there are a couple of members with them.... Just ask "Banking" for the instructions since he has one in a pic in the gallery for sale...
