Default so much for keeping the car stock...

Next week I have the following planned, purely as maintence (cought cough)..

1. Diazen Lower Control Arm Bushings Front $99
2. Diazen front and rear sway bars, thanks to toysoarer. $350
3. Eibach Spring and Tokico Strusts(blue) thanks to toysoarer and another forum member. $400
4. Replacing Transmission pan/gasket/plug. $140
5. Power steering flush.
6. Tranny flush.

Also look into replacing the tranny mount cost about $75 from the dealer.

can some one show me a picture of a new mount? because mine isnt cracked or nothing but it looks saggy,and feels very soft...

You don't replace the mount based on how it "looks" (how did you manage to "see" the mount anyway??). You would only need to replace it if there's vibrations or shaking, if your mileage is beyond 100k, or if the car is a 92 and it's never been changed before. Those are all valid reasons to change the mount, and heck, it's only $48 so you might as well. It will only improve how the car rides.

hmm full suspension isnt a mod? the post was generalized..

did you want me to say... so much for mods and list the suspension and that write a whole new post on the 3 maintence items I'm planning...

I purchased all the parts my previous Audi mechanic in West LA said he'd do the work... its easy compared to the Audi's and Mercedes/BMW's..

I'm in that area a lot and was looking for a reputable mechanic to repair my leaky oil pan gasket. How are his rates and his work?
