Default Question for you Supra seat guys

Does anyone know how many screws hold the top cushion to the bottom? The guy whos giving me his wants to seperate the top and bottom to get cheaper shipping because as is its $160. He said he removed two screws from the back of the seats that seem to connect the two parts. He could not however take apart the cushions. Is there another way to do it?

He shouldn't have to disassemble the seats, tell him (or ask him) to use a different method of shipping. Something obviously cheaper.

I've searched every shipping method available. Cheapest is UPS with $160. The seats are coming from Miami to Houston. I still think $160 is hella expensive for that distance. Mteele how did you get $30... do you have a UPS account?

My man.... DHL is the cheapest bar NONE.... They bought out Airborne Express so try either in your area.
I just shipped 2 sets of supra seats and 1 set of sc seats via DHL.

DON"T take the seat apart... they fit in a 24x24x24 box obviously the top is not closed which makes the height 36"...
Tell him to secure the bottom of the box... place heavy cardboard in the bottom and tape the support brackets with cushion... Sit the seat in the box then slice the box above the cushion so that the box appears to be a seat "L" shape... Use an additional smaller box over the top and tape the heck out of it... It works great but the bottom must be supported with extra cardboard as I have learned the hard way.
