Default Pics of my NA-T (Broadband Only) =)

Well I've finally gotten around to taking some (crap quality) shots of my recently(2 months) installed turbo.
It's a DaveH kit with:
-PT52 Turbo
-Tial 38MM WG
-Spearco Knock-off FMIC
-SpoolinPerformance Supra NA-T IC Pipes
-HKS SSQV, K&N 9inch Filter
-HighTempSilicone Couplers and Clamps

Engine Bay Shot:

Intake Pipe(Notice lack of BOV here):

https://www.clublexus.com/gallery/da...SC300T_002.jpg

Lower Piping:

Piping Into Fender:

FMIC (I know it's not large but it's enough for me):

https://www.clublexus.com/gallery/da...SC300T_005.jpg

My Stealthy but Loud BOV:

https://www.clublexus.com/gallery/da...SC300T_006.jpg

DP with just SOME of my O2 sensors & Oil Feed Line:

Last and Least (actually this isn't true ) Oil Return Line:

Once again, sorry about the quality (lack thereof).

Future plans are to move MAF to the pressurized side of the turbo and to paint piping and turbo housing flat black.
I'm going for complete stealth. 0 Bling factor.

Comments welcome.

Hey Alan, are you going to remove the OEM fan and go with the dual electric ones from Flex-a-Lite? Also, do you plan to have your timing belt exposed like most of the other NA-T guys? I don't know why it's done but I have noticed most of the turbo guys have their T-belts exposed for some reason...maybe the get turned on by seeing belts and sprockets and such, lol...

HKS BOV - $180 shipped
SAFCII - $240 Used
LM1+RPM Box - $350 Used
Exhaust Welding - $150
Other tools/materials - $100
Total: $3400

I'm sticking with the OEM fan because I've heard of people having issues with the electric fans and because my alternator is already having problems keeping up with my stereo.
One again, I am going for stealth so no flashy timing gears for me, plu I think the lexus cover is nice.

A wise word from THE man!
Obviously safety is left far behind if trying to run 15 psi on 10:1 CR

We'll see.

looks good man.....provide us with #'s when you get a chance..........
i've got few questions, though:
1. did you change your injectors?
2. did you use or change the same maf?

4. last but not the least, still using stock fuel pump?

tks !!!

Did the spoolin performance intercooler piping fit perfectly?
i contacted them recently and they said it might not fit so i should
get custom pipings for my car.

No #'s yet. When the weather improves, I'll jump on a dyno, but I'm only boosting 4-5 psi for now, so I don't expect any phenomenons.

1) Stock injectors
2) Stock MAF
3) Did we lose #3?
4) Whinebro(Walbro) Fuel Pump + 12V mod

Perfectly? No.
Fit? As you can see, yes.
They required some nudging but in the end they fit ok.
I'm planning to give some suggestions to Phil from Spoolin Performance so he can produce some better-fitting pipes for the SC.
I'll let you guys know.

i see.....well, your project will most likely be my route also, although i will have the ic piping custom made. so far, i've only got the stock ic from tt supra, aftermarket 440 injectors, downpipe....hehhe........nothing complete.

Yes but probably because I'm constantly on the throttle and because of my BOV venting to atmosphere making me run PIG rich when shifting gears.

The above answer would probably suggest to you that it's a 5spd =)

awesome! Its always good to see more turbo SC's popping up...gives me something to look forward too.

Only complaint I have...is that the intercooler is a little off center. Makes the install look amateur.
