Couple of questions here... Is there a wiring harness made for the SCs for an aftermarket stereo? What kind of cd player is that is in the dash on page 5 of the gallery? What is involved in changing the amp to an aftermarket one like an Orion Cobalt? Anyone know what a stock SC300 will do in the 1000 ft and 1/4 mile? Anyone tried those "cloaking" systems that have sensors in the corners of the vehicle? A friend of mine thats family owns an audio/visual shop has one in his camaro and he is WOT all the time. I am pretty adapt at wiring and handy with a soldering iron, so any diagrams would be appreciated. By the way, I have driven a POS my entire life, and I am not used to the stares that I am given, especialy down sorority row. I love Lexus!

so far i haven't found a wiring harness for the sc. i have the nakamichi stereo system and it has been pretty easy to replace so far. i put rockford fosgate 6.5"s in the rear, rockford fosgate tweeters up front, kenwood 4"s in the doors, and 2 alpine type r 12"s in the trunk. i have an alpine mrv-1507 amp (1500watt by one chanel, 450x2) for the subs, and am about to purchase another 4 chanel amp for the speakers. the last step that i have to tackle is the head unit. for this i have picked out the kenwood kvt-911dvd, the in-dash monitor with the in-dash dvd player. i don't know how to install it in that car (i do know how to install head units though). i don't have a wiring harness; i don't have a trim kit. i don't know where to get either of them. but i can tell you what i find out when i get my tv on monday and rip the dash all apart and figure it out. i have a couple of ideas that i think might work. i'll let you know.
