All four need to be replaced and possible rotor upgrade. If I replace rotors (possible brembos) will that make a differnece in the pads I select now? Mostly commuting w/some (10 hr p/month) track. Any suggestions?

take it in for the Lexus full tuneup. it'll set you back a good few $$, but well worth it. They go through every inch of the car.
