This is a very usefull post and as i'm stripping stuff out i'll try and put a scale in the shop and take notes to add to this thread.

Anyone know what the weight of the following is?

Gas Tank:
AC System or parts of it:

Any other big heavy items? =)

i just swapped my oem struts with tein flex.. didn't measure the tein flex but looks like you got down 57 lbs. is that for all four struts?

anyway - i measured the oem struts - this includes shocks, springs, pillow *****, and everything else that is on the complete strut.

both rears measure 36 lbs, one alone weighs 18 (measured each and then both)
both fronts measure 31 lbs, one alone weighs 15.5/16 (measured each and then both)
total (all four) they weigh 67 lbs.

since we all love pics, here is pic of the scale with the rears on it.

here is a pic of the scale with the fronts on it.

here is a pic while i was just outside. (makeover due spring '05)

I know the rear seat weighs like nothing, but are there any rear seat structure that you can remove? thanks

also look for weight on rear subwoofer, I have a digital scale so when I put the sub near it the scale goes crazy....

thanks
