Do you mean to paint it and install it or just install it? If it doesn't need paint yourself and a friend could knock it out pretty easily.
Does it have LED or no?

Most shops charge labor based on an hourly rate. It shouldn't take any decent body shop longer than 1 hour to install a spoiler. The body shop I got mine installed at charged me @ $65 (their hourly rate) even though they installed it in like 45 minutes. Of course this was with me bringing in the spoiler already painted.

A helpful tip...
If you're doing it yourself, one thing I found helpful is to put a bit of grease on the tip of each of your bolts/studs and then eye up the spoiler and set it on the trunk. That way you have an instant guide as to where to make your holes.
Hope this helps.
