The only people who can answer the question of how much a car is worth is the guy buying it and the guy selling it. Is it worth selling your mechanics tools or getting an equity loan on your house? This forum is more connected to the true value of the SC market than is KBB, NADA or anyone else that I know of. 5 speed SC's are becoming a seller's market, especially with low mileage, and in my opinion the price for these cars either has or is very close to bottoming out. I bought my 97 a few months ago with 36k miles for $13,700 and I couldn't be happier. It's worth more to me than what I paid so anyone wanting to buy it would have to pay dearly. Unless it was a desperation sale I could care less what a loan officer or bank or KBB says my car is worth. There still may be a few 60k 5 speeds out there for 10k but I'm guessing there ain't many. A Hummer H2 is worth about 30k to me. If I found a good low mileage one for that price I would buy it because I could be fairly certain that I could resale it for more than that and make a profit. To some people an H2 is worth 50+ grand, go figure.
