Default Video of my car I made a while back (JIC on SC4 vid)

Hey guys,

I'm trying out this new youshare.com thing... I only get 100 downloads, so first come first served. For some reason the video editing software kind of screwed up a part right after the start. So I appoligize for that- but I wasn't trying to make a professional video- I just wanted a video of my exhaust so people could tell what it sounds like.

Flie Size- 12 mb
File Type- .mov (need quicktime to view)

link- http://s3.youshareit.com/download.ph...3b6c346327f810

the download speed seems kind of slow- so 56k beware...

6 of 100..

nice video. sounds pretty good. does it sound a little quiter in the video than in person?
i like how you just leave you camera there momentarily.. and expect it to be there when you come back haha

anyway - couple of questions for you..
you have 92-96 rear bumper, right? any plan to upgrade to 97+?
is there noticeable hp gain with jic aftermarker exhaust?

thanks

It is hard to really capture the loudness of the Exhaust. It is loud... I do have a good bit of drone in the cabin (turn up the radio!). This video was shot pretty much right after I got the system installed- it has now been on for about 10 months since then, and has gotten louder with time.

I was really trying to let people hear the tone, and the deepness of the JIC set up.

I do have the 92-96, I am planning on changing bumpers sometime soon- but it will not be OEM- and hopefully will be something that has not been seen in the US yet- (can let my secret out... )

With any change in exhaust that frees up some back pressure there will be a small gain, but its not a huge change. I wouldn't do an exhaust upgrade for HP- I would focus on getting something that sounds and looks the way you like. Your really only going to see major gains if you are FI or you have built one hell of a NA 1UZ.

yeah you might actually lose some torque.
nice vid, but bad filming

it actually looks like you may want to tuck the mufflers in a little more.

and next time you film make sure you shift better

I filmed it my self- I wasnt really trying to entertain with the footage, rather than entertain with the sound-

I shfted like that so people could hear the sound of the exhaust at different RPM's...

The mufflers do stick out, but in person, it actually looks pretty clean- aggressive, but clean.
