hot
just to clarify, Version:Select is different from VIS, although both their kits for the jzz30 are knockoffs of Vertex.
I know that version uses FRP which will flex more than just ordinary fiberglass
does VIS use plain fiberglass?
also, does anybody on this board have the target aerokit for the SC?

Andys Motorsports in Milpitas Ca

I think I am one of the few people that didn't really have any problems with the VIS kit. It took some work on the front and rear bumper but my friend and I installed the kit in about 3 hours max.
Peace,

Does anyone know for sure wether Andys autosports went out of business? Their website is still running. And they have specials advertised on itheir site that end at the end of July. wich leads me to believe they are still in business.
The reason im asking is their address is in Milpitas Ca. wich is a 15 min drive from me. And they are pretty cheap. And local, wich means no ship charges! So I may check it out tomorrow.
Does anyone know if that is a wherehouse or actual business location or is it just a PO box?
Also (dont laugh) Im considering the Erabani 451 lower lip.and small posibility in that whole kit. Why that kit ?You ask- I like the look of the lip, and even the sideskirts, not doing cartwheels for the rear skirt , but its ok. And 2nd reason: the $237lip. or$ 607 complete kit price tag. Ive seen the lip a couple times 1st hand and the fit was good as i recall , Im not sure how much work though it took to install.
But with an addon lip- it cant be that bad???
Ive seen mixed reviews . But mostly 3rd party remarks about knockoffs in general, not too many actual owners of the kit. (if any)
So is there anyone with the actual kit or lip that can give details?? or a former owner? Please let me know....good-bad-indifferent?
Not really looking to expand on the subject of knockoff VS. "Real" - That debate has been beat to death. Quite frankly, If it fits right and looks good i could care less about a cert of authenticity.
Im looking for real world insight on fitment, strength, quality , here.
thanks alot guys!
