I got my Carbon Fiber Hood!!!!!
Well, my carbon fiber hood came in yesterday from Importfan.com. So far it looks like it is great quality so we will see how the fitment is this weekend when I put it on.....

Dave, car is no where near ready for HIN, I am trying desperately to get it ready for NOPI this year. I hope to have the CF trunk and spoiler, a body kit, paint and 2jzgte swap done by then. If the money comes in right this summer, I might have new leather put in beofre the show.......
We are going to try to put the hood on tonight, so I will post pics as soon as I get them

The hood was $600
I dont plan on leaving the hood unfinished though........
What we are planning is this: we are going to install the CF hood, trunk and spolier. Then paint the car a light metallic silver base coat (everything but the CF pieces). Then we are going to spray the whole car candy brandywine or candy green. This should give a cool effect with the CF pieces. They will be the same basic color as the car but darker and when you look close at them you will see the CF through the candy........

but seriously...i see no point of the trunk and spoiler other than for show reasons. as our trunk and spoiler are the lightest part of our cars. save yourself the money and go take out a beautiful lady in that car
or get engine mods...
