Does anybody know if you can keep the HL dry by attaching a hose to the back tube and run it to the near bottom of the car sp air flows through constantly thus keeping the HL dry? This was mentioned but never substantiated.

been there done that and it doesn't work Followed OLT's instructions and used THE finest sealant to no avail I have just come to believe the drivers side HL is cursed with condensation. I'm scared to drop $300+ on a new HL and it just do the same thing beacuse . I believe OLT jis just one of the lucky no condensation sc guys--there is no science to it---just luck

If the seal is really leaking, then use "gasket maker" by Permatex for sealing. Its material is similar to the factory seal. I used "gasket maker" and it sealed so well.

you can also try the little silica packs that come in medicine bottles to keep moister out they work good too
