Make sure you use seperate relays for IGN1 and IGN2, you don't want to connect them together. Same goes when you put in a turbo timer...don't connect the two together. If you're installing a turbo timer and an autostart alarm...you can use the same relays

The problem is that the wheel won't go down automatically after you remote start the car. the microswitch that's inside the ignition switch will not function because the car is already running, that's why you have to inerrupt 2 wires while the car is remote started with relays.

Sorry I don't know much about electrical. Can you tell me what wires are you taking about? What colors is it, where? This will help my brother on what to do when he start working on my SC.
Thanks,

Odd...mine works fine...93 SC300 5-speed. I autostart it, get in, and when I insert the key the wheel comes down...
May sound stupid...but make sure the button on the column that turns on the auto-tilt is pushed in. I fought with my car trying to fix the auto tilt after I installed the turbo timer for a while until I saw that button on there...LOL

I have a CodeAlarm alarm system installed on my Lex that has remote start, but the steering wheel doesn't come down when I insert the key. I guess to store that installed the alarm was too lazy to wire it up. I might give it a try after I get some other stuff finished.

I don't remember the color codes of the wires off the top of my head, but I'll either call dei or look under the dash of my car for you. I believe that it's a red/black wire and a red wire. you can test this by putting the ignition key in and test the wires for 12v on ignition with a digital volt meter, they will be the only two in the plug to the left of the steering wheel on the control box that power up on ignition.
