Pics of my new ride - 97 SC400
Hello all,
I have been reading this forum for quite a while now.
I am impressed witr the amount of information that can be found here.
Anyway, I am a current owner of a 1997 GS300, and I just bought a 1997 Lexus SC400.
I am planning on selling the GS and keeping the SC.
I just wanted to post a few pics, and see what you guys thought of my ride.
It is completely stock, and that is the way I plan on keeping it for now.
Here are some links to the pics in my gallery.

Thanks for the replies
Thanks everyone for the feedback.
I love the way this car drives! Great smooth power, and great gas mileage!
I just changed the transmission mount, and the car rides even smoother now.
For only $ 150 (part + labor), I definitely recommend this service item.
I do have one question:
1.-Even though my car only has 64,xxx miles, should I go ahead and change the timing belt?
I read in a thread that it needs to be changed every 90,000 miles or 72 months.
Any feedback would be appreciated.
Thanks.

Wow, perfect condition sc you got right there. I'd be embarassed to post my terrorized sc400 . As for the timing belt, I don't know. I always stick to the motto "if it ain't broke, don't fix it"

Thanks again for your comments!
I have only had the car for about 6 days now. At the moment I love it the way it is.
I am still enjoying it and getting used to it the way it came from factory
However, I know that when I catch the mod fever, it will look like a completely different car in a matter of days. (At least that how it happened with my 95 Avalon).
I am consciuos that the Lex needs to be dropped and that it needs 18+ inch wheels, but that is a future mod.
For now, the only thing I plan on doing is changing the stock stereo (CD changer stopped working a couple of days ago), and adding an AMP and subwoofer.
Thank you all for the warm welcome!!!
