Has anyone filled the holes in the front bumper where the license plate use to be? I have 4 ugly holes in the front, how come 4!? The two I had for my license plate don't even do anything, you can just pull the screws out. I think the car looks a lot better without the license plate. Hopefully I won't get pulled over!

this is a sore spot for me. i've posted a longer version of the following before:
i explicitly specified "no drilling for front plate mounts" to my dealer. delivery day -- bam, holes...apologies from the dealer...promised to "take care of it"...their body shop fills and paints. adamant, i only took the car at that point because a new bumper was promised if i didn't like the job they did. 1yr later, bumper looked like crap. they renegged on the promise (wanted another shot at fixing, first). i said "you just my business evermore". found a reputable body shop. they told me a bunch of things the dealer's guy skimped out on, leading to my unsatisfactory outcome (e.g. worked from the outside only, used brittle urethane spray bottle paint --> the holes sagging and the paint chipping). this new guy did it right: unmounted the bumper, filled it from the inside, levelled it from the outside, sanded, primed, factory layered, paint-matched, cleared the whole panel.
lesson: make sure you can trust the guy doing the job.
as an aside, there are 4 divots as markers for drilling on the stock bumper. on mine, 2 were drilled out against my will. i can still see the 2 divots from the stock holes that weren't drilled.

Inexpensive solution try
www.caplug.com
Look under "plugs"
You will want nonthreaded flush mounts in the color of your car.
Probably cost under $1.
Take less than 1 min to fix.
May be able to find at HomeDepo
