Chino, you should stop by one day and check out the interior. Since you mentioned you wanted to get rid of the brown. It comes out amazing!

Also, I have a sheet of CF sitting in my room and thought about doing this. I just dont have the time and patience. I'd like to see how it comes out and maybe, just maybe I'll find the time to do this.

Good job bro

BTW....IT fits fine with the wrap... I did a quickie job about a year ago and it still looks good...pics below...
*I noticed that it does look better in grey of black interiors

That looks good What kind of paint did you use for the vinyl on the door panel? How well does that hold up?

yup ... I have 2 sets of interiors and 2 sets of wood pieces and put those on a year ago and they still held up... had a post some time back about playing with the cheap vinyl overlay stuff...also painted (molecubond) black an old set of door panels to see if the stuff works and it held up great...

Still have the orginal wood pieces and door panels untouched for a real CF job ... Possibly getting a set CF wood pieces from Tony ...
It was a good way to see if I like the CF type of style without messin up my interior or spending crazy loot..
Amen to spare parts...

Default **update**

Test fitted the passenger door panel. I think it blends in pretty well with the tan as is. I still need to polish it up more and put clear coat on it (cant find uv protection clear coat anywhere). Dont mind the stains on the carpet. I need to clean it.

That's the problem with wrapping things in CF, it tends to want to lay flat...you can see the uneven corners all along the wood trim...

That's a weird weave you got there, it's a checkered pattern...let me know if you ever want full CF replacements instead of your wrap
