Did you by any chance rebuild your calipers before painting? (Replacing O-rings and such)

Nope straight from the Junkyard..

how much does it cost to have them rebuilt? I'm not putting them on for quite some time, maybe I can find someplace to rebuid them for me.

Brett, what technique are you using to paint the calipers? Obviously a spray of some kind but what brand or paint? Give me all the details. I got my calipers a few weeks ago and need to paint them soon and I want them black and glossy like yours.

No need to rebuild my calipers as they came off a 2000 LS

Plasti-Kote Hi Gloss Black, got it from Todd @ TME when I ordered new boots and LCA rings.

Is it caliper paint, engine paint, or just hi-temp paint? I need to get some soon.

The rebuilt kit itself is less than 10 dollars for each caliper. I wanted to do the rebuild myself and wanted to know if someone could give me some instruction.

Where do you buy it, there isnt much going on in there. I don't think it'd be very hard.
