Alright...I'll see if I can get a shot of the spokes and brake clearance. Last time I checked, it was about 2.5 inches from the rotor to the inside of the spokes.

These wheels are definitely heavier than the stock chrome 16's. Braking is noticeably slower since the new shoes and also off the line acceleration is slower too. I guess there are always trade-offs.

Handling is much improved....and surprisingly, I'm getting about an extra 7% increase in MPG. I wonder why?

Strange... MPG usually goes down after changing rims... Maybe the Lexus gods are cutting you some slack because you have a V8

Alright...here you go. I just took these JPEGS of the calipers on the new wheels.

Looks like I have exactly 2.5 inches from the rotor to the inside of the spoke.

I also measured how much additional clearance from stock brakes and it's about 1 inch.
So if the LS400 or TT brakes need 1 inch additional clearance or less, it should be alright.

I just measured my car this morning and the passenger side is about 1 inch higher than the driver side!

I guess a new thread is in order.....

IMHO Those rims sure do look good. (even better up close)

I went to the dealer today to scope them out.
I'm sold.
Now if I can just find them without having to sell a kidney.....
