Hello everyone, I have been browsing these forums for months now and finally decided to join up. I have owned my '92 sc400 for about a year now, and I and still do double takes while walking away from my car, despite the fact that it is still bone stock. Such a good looking vehicle...I dont plan on leaving it stock, however. After owning a H22a hybrid Accord (stolen) i am somewhat dissapointed at the aftermarket support for this engine, so my attention is presently on the audio system. Eventually the stock suspension well be going in favor of a coilover setup and some 18s or 19s will replace the stock wheels around the same time as I get the tuck done. New paint coming soon as well.
As I mentioned I am working on the audio system and it has turned out to be an enormous hassle! I am starting a thread in the audio forum to detail what I am trying to do and hopefully i can get some helpful information from my fellow sc owners. The only real problem is that no wiring diagram seems to correspond to what I am seeing when I take out the headunit and look at the harnesses that plug into it. I am attempting to run amplifiers off the stock headunit.
So, please take a look at my thread in the audio section if you have done this before or think you may have some info. I am taking pics along the way and plan on doing a diy how to on the project once it is finished.
Have a nice day!
