There is no doubt in my mind that a black SC is the hottest ever, HOWEVER you better have more time on your hands than you know what to do with..A black car (that you drive) needs to be considered a kid because it will require that much time and energy.. Washing the damn is a task... You are always fighting the swirls or scratches or whatever... Any imperfection is the paint looks 1000 times worse on a black car than on any other color... I love the way my car looks but I hate what it takes to keep it that way..Mark my words this is the LAST black car I will ever own....

Black has been done to death, and doesn't really show how beautiful the SC is, in my opinion.
I guess I like colors that are less subtle anyway. Black and silver are as subtle as you can get!

I would look at the new metallic red that is pictured on the IS350 (there's a shot of it here someplace on CL) or Spectra Blue metallic on the 98-2000 GS. I always though the SC would be HOT in this color!

 

i really dont want to do the black since i do live in ny and the car is parked on the street. it will get scratched. I like to stand out too so i think ima do the metallic red and black w/ chrome lip
