yet another wrecked 5 speed
got into a car accident yesterday. I was rear ended and pushed into the back of an 18 wheeler.
you cant really see the rear end damage from these pics. But the rear bumper is damaged, taillight is broken, trunk wont open, and the passenger side quarter panel has two big dents in it.
also the brace or bar (dont know what it's called exactly) in front of the radiator has been pushed back also pusing the radiator back. and the fan doesnt spin anymore.

it looks so much like my car that its scary. glad your ok. since it was not your fault, you should be able to have it all fixed without any problems. keep us updated.

the same thing happened to me in my Z last Nov...i went under the truck halfway up my hood...
it got me my SC though...i hope the person that hit you had insurance...it sucked fighting my own insurance co. for the $ they didn't want to give me

For a lot of the pieces to buckle in like that, there must have been some frame damage. Make sure to check how extensive it is before you decide to repair it or part it out and start anew
At least you're ok, and there are still plenty of SC's out there waiting for a good owner

thankfully the person that hit me did have insurance, it's the same insurance company that i have so i dont know if that is going to make a difference.
the car is sitting at a body shop right now, so i gotta wait till monday or tuesday to see what they say.
I also really hope the rear frame isnt damaged....
if the car can be fixed I will fix it, if not i'm not sure yet what i want to do. I have been really wanting to get an FD3S lately...If i decide to part it out, i will let everyone know.
thanks for the comments on the rims, everyone always says they like the rims, and that they are really shiny.
